MJ Strategies delivers project management, construction management, inspection, and operational support across three practice areas. Each serves a different market. All three draw on the same bench, the same vetting standards, and the same documentation discipline.
Individual professionals embedded in your team, reporting through your chain of command. You direct the work; we handle sourcing, vetting, and credentialing.
A team with an MJ supervisor accountable for quality, scheduling, documentation, and performance. You set the scope; we run the day-to-day.
Full accountability for a defined scope — procedures, controls, staffing, reporting, and closeout. We stand up the operation and hand back a documented record.

We support grantees, subrecipients, program administrators, and prime contractors delivering federally funded recovery programs — from activation through closeout.
Our people work inside the regulatory framework rather than around it. Eligibility determinations, cost reasonableness, environmental review, and closeout documentation are the substance of the work, not paperwork attached to it. That fluency is what keeps programs reimbursable.
Programs: FEMA Public Assistance, Individual Assistance, Hazard Mitigation and HMGP; HUD CDBG, CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT.

We support gas and electric utilities, engineering firms, and prime contractors delivering capital programs — supplying the technical and administrative roles that utilities routinely contract out, and taking on supervision or program oversight where a client prefers to hand off the function.
Our qualification rests on two things. Direct engineering and operations experience inside the utility sector at firm leadership level, including tenure at a major Northeast electric and gas utility. And nearly two decades running compliance-driven programs where safety documentation and regulatory reporting are audited — discipline that transfers directly to utility capital work.
Emergency mobilization for storm events, restoration support, and FEMA Public Assistance support for eligible restoration costs — an area where our recovery practice and our utility practice reinforce each other directly.

We support workforce housing and remote construction camps, hospitals, universities, airports, municipal facilities, and other large institutions with the operational and administrative personnel that keep them running. We place individuals into an existing structure, and we manage the function outright where a client would rather hand it off.
On a remote site that means housing, feeding, and securing a workforce that has to be productive the next morning. On a hospital floor it means coverage that never gaps. The common requirement is that the people are qualified, supervised, and documented.
Credentialing is where we earn our keep. Licenses expire, background checks lapse, competency records go missing, and on an accredited campus or a controlled construction site those become findings. Tracking that documentation is the same work we have been doing on federal programs for years.
